Unknown device DXCM wants to connect to my bluetooth

I went to connect my phone to Alexa and they would not pair….but looking down at my devices, I notice I have maybe 7 or 8 unknowns. DXCM1x, DXCM71, DXCM8A, DCXMEm, DXCMHP, DXCMit, DCXMrQ, DXCMRU, DXCMXJ….as I am typing these out, I have noticed every 10 seconds or so one will connect and stay on for maybe 5 seconds then turn off. I turned my Bluetooth off just now, but I am thinking I downloaded something funky by accident or not of my knowledge. I have not installed any new gadgets. The last app I downloaded was Coin Snap 4 days ago, which I am unhappy with and can’t get a refund on for some reason. Does anyone recognize these devices? If I “forget” them will they pop back up? This is a lot of “ooopsies” it feels fishy.
