Failure of Exchange Password on IPhone 15 Pro Max

My new Iphone15 Pro Max keeps popping up a message saying Incorrect Password - Enter Correct Password for Exchange. How do I get rid of it?

Password Incorrect Password Incorrect - Enter the password for the Exchange account "XXX", message keeps displaying. This happens frequently and after inputting the correct password. This started happening after upgrading the IOS 15+ I need a solution. Thanks.
