Does iPhone have the technology to be able to attach my vCard or contact info to a text message without closing my written text and opening contacts and attaching to a separate text message like I had to with my Motorola Razor phone in 2010?

So if you have typed a text message then decide to add a contact card vCard to that text message it would be impossible on an iPhone because it lacks the technology as did my Motorola Razor did in 2010 to do so. Thank you for confirming.
