You don’t do anything. Your cousin needs to reset their password If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Once reset they can remove the device from their account at iCloud.com/find

so what do I do

You hope that your cousin can remember her Apple ID and Password.....because the phone will remain totally useless to you until that occurs.
