My recently deleted post are not showing on instagram can I please can help to restore it .

How do I fix blurry and non-deleting photos in the Photos app on iPhone? I’m clicking on my photos app. All my photos everyone of them is blurry they haven’t loaded . I can’t watch any videos I have taken they just have the loading sign in the middle. I tried to delete photos but when I go to recently deleted it’s only showing a few and they won’t delete from there either. I tried to take a photo it will allow me however they do not appear in photos app [Re-Titled By Moderator]

You will need to contact Meta support if this issue has to do with deleted photos from Instagram. It is not an Apple app that they can provide assistance with.

Deleted photos from the Apple Photos app will remain in the Recently deleted folder of that app for 30 days.
