Just did the update. Now I no longer have a Face ID & passcode setting at all. So now I can’t set up stolen phone feature or even update my passcode if I wanted. Good job Apple. Anyone else have this issue?

Still not fixed on 17.3.1 on my phone but it is on my husband’s iPhone 12 🤷🏻♀️. Hello Apple. Get with it!!
