Why is my account disabled in the App Store and iTunes store
When I try to download a app it says my account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes

Nobody here can answer why, nor can you do anything to resolve that other than a discussion with Apple.
Per Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
