Why is iPhone 11 not updated to iOS 17.3?

My phone has enough space to upgrade to iOS 17 and I tried to follow all of Apple's instructions but my iPhone 11 still doesn't show the update so it can't be downloaded. Someone please help me, thank you.

According to your iPhone, you don't have enough space and you are dangerously low in memory. Until you delete things you don't need or use, you can't update over the air. You could try updating using a computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac), but if you want to update over the air, you need to free up space on your iPhone.

The next time you buy an iPhone, you to buy one with more memory. Clearly 64GB isn't enough to meet your storage needs.
