Charging iphone 15pro
should i charge my iPhone 15 pro with 30 W Apple official charger without affecting anything on his battery health, or should I charge it with a 20 W charger?, (type c to c cable official in both cases)

Either will be fine. You need at least a 20 watt power brick for fast charging, the phone will regulate how much power is needed so you can't overcharge.
