Even after apple support remote log into my iphone 14 pro max 256GB. The only solution after reset my network is to back up and reload the iOS again to my iphone. Reset network doesn’t help much. The issues still comes back. Random bugs on many apps. I have 240GB of data and asking me to backup and restore the new IOS again?

iOS updates generally aim to enhance user experience, boost security, and fix bugs rather than disrupt core features. Search Contact issues after updates might stem from underlying, unmentioned factors. Updates won't typically alter personal data but may refine settings or features. Backup before major updates for safety. Review Apple's update details and backup advice for a smooth process.

Kindly consider checking your settings and addressing any device issues before attributing the issue to external factors.

iOS 17.3 completely hosed HomeKit. Over 50 smart devices reverted back to the living room, not even the default room, rendering what automations 17.3 didn’t delete completely useless. All scenes were deleted automatically after the update. Several light bulbs that were in HomeKit before the update have disappeared without anyway of recovering them. Logitech circle view cannot connect for no reason. HomePod pair that acts as the surround sound for apple tv cannot connect to Apple TV via AirPlay despite the HomePods being factory reset 4 times and 4 hours on a call with Apple support. HomePod minis are having a hard time maintaining internet connections despite a very stable gig speed network. Alarms set up in HomePod minis to play music when they go off were tested to validate the music would play and then at the time of the alarm at 6am they decided to play the god awful standard alarm sound built into HomePod nearly giving me a heart attack.

HomeKit stability and reliability was dramatically reduced and on steady decline with the introduction of Matter.

I am clearly a devoted Apple user but this update is absolute trash. It is clear to me as an engineering leader that virtually NO integration or regression testing was done before this was released. Frankly this is completely unacceptable. Do better Apple.

Since installing 17.3 (iPhone 14 pro max), none of my third party charging cables work any more. I thought it was an issue with the cables, but they work fine with other iOS devices.

I thought it may have been the lightning port, but my Apple usb to lightning cable charges without issue.

what I have also noticed is that my lightning to 3.5mm adapter no longer works when plugging in 3.5mm aux cable (for headphones / stereo) so I can’t play music. I have tested the adapter on other devices and it works fine.

note - none of the other iOS devices are on 17.3.

after reading the problems after downloading IOS 17.3, maybe it's a good thing I can't download it.

The problem I'm having that when I tell it to download 17.3 the little circle just continues to turn for

several minutes and then says that it's unable to connect to server. I have two watches and two different

iPhones. one will download IOS 17.3 without a problem. the other one will not connect at all Help.

i have so many issues with the 17.3 ios update. i cannot open many apps and it appears hanged. there are times when the phone hanged and you can only reboot using the shutdown function. telegram and instagram is buggy all the time. Random bugs like typing words hanged. The ios is garbage I have lost faith in Apple. They have become complacent. Expensive piece of junk. I am changing to Samsung.

All my usb-c lightning cables stopped working after the update to ios 17.3 on iphone 13 pro. (including apple

They're verified working with other lightning devices that don't have 17.3 (e.g. ipad mini 4, iPad Mini 2, iPhone 5).

This is with multiple cables.

Interestingly, USB-A to lightning cables all work with no problem. Including using a dongle to adapt a USB-A-lightning cable to USB-C ports (e.g. ports on an M1 MBP)

If the same USB-C-lightning cables are plugged into an (apple) Lightning-HDMI adapter then they will immediately power the iPhone. But if you rmove the lightning-hdmi adapter and plug the lightning cable in directly, it doesn't work.

This is absolutely bonkers.
