IPhone 14 Pro Max telephoto camera issue

When filming a video in 3x zoom, the camera is making a weird buzzing sound and the video itself is very shaky. It ONLY happens in telephoto camera and while moving up and right.

Is there a quick fix or I have to take it to the shop for a repair?

I updated my IOS to the latest version and tried restarting my camera settings and restarting the device.
