Camera on iPhone 14 Pro is buzzing and not focusing

Hello to everyone!

Sorry for my bad English.

I have recently started actively shooting videos with my iPhone 14 pro. I encountered a problem that the camera starts to buzz loudly and the whole video shakes, the camera does not focus, and it is impossible to shoot video. There is no mechanical damage to the camera, sometimes the camera films everything normally, but sometimes this buzzing noise starts. The problem is definitely in the software.

Has anyone encountered such problems? Please help me. I want to film with my iPhone 😭

Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options. That would be a hardware issue and not one anyone here on this user to user only forum can solve for you. Your assertion this is a software issue, is not fact. If it was a software issue, we'd all have the same problem, but we don't.
