Message app on watch showing Viewing All Messages on screen

Morning. All of a sudden my series 7 watch is showing this phrase when I open messages on my Watch. It says in a banner cross the top of the screen "Viewing - All Messages. " I have no idea how this got there or how to get rid of it. The banner takes up about 1/4 of the top of the screen right under the word Messages. If I tap on the word Viewing, I then get the choices All Messages, Known Senders or Unknown Senders. I have pasted a picture below.

How the heck do I get rid of this. I have never seen this before. I have not updated anything and I am still running watchOS 9 on my series 7. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Honestly, it just seemed to have gone away. I am not sure what I did to make it go away, if anything. We know it's a filter similar to the phone where you can filter messages. Maybe try changing the filter a few times. Or maybe just shoot yourself some texts to show up on the watch and see if you can get it to go away. Also, I rebooted the watch a bunch of times but again I am not sure what worked. Sorry, I couldn't be of more help.
