The menu bar and all lines in my mac have slanted down towards the right side

Hello,

I have already contacted apple support,spoke to multiple advisors and a senior advisor(on call),they said that they couldn't see anything,and needed me to go to a apple authorised repair centre.

They have made me reinstall macos,boot into safe mode,run diagnostics,and create a new user account

I have tried restarting the menu process in activity monitor as well as changing the resolutions but to no avail

If anyone has any other methods that could potentially work please share them, otherwise i will go to the apple centre
