Apple Health steps not synching to Strava

I am able to see Strava workouts imported in Apple Health but only explicitly recorded outdoor workouts are being transferred to Strava from Apple Health. My steps are not getting transferred. I have checked all the settings and have Turn On All notifications that allows Strava to write and read.

I have a Kingsmith Walkingpad R1, it's app "KS fit" counts the steps made on the walking pad and then sync them to the Apple Health app. In the health app under all data I can see the correct number of reported steps from the KS fit app, but in the summarized steps counts in Apple Health it is won't get summarised correctly. For example, in the all data I have 6034+7628+3643 (=17305) steps from KS fit app and additionally several other smaller entries (<1000 steps) from the iPhone. In the daily summary Apple Health app shows 11143 steps. Why can't it just summarize the data? When I use the Walking Pad neither I wear Apple Watch nor do I have the iPhone in my pocket, it lays on the desk - so it does not count any steps. thanks

Health App stopped syncing workouts from garmin connect Hi! My heath app stopped updating workouts from garmin a few days ago. It is still importing other data from garmin e.g heart rate, sleep, steps but not workouts. Anyone else having the same issue? How do I force or rectify this? thanks
