To convert all negative numbers in a column to positive numbers, the ABS function is your friend.

Formula in B2 is ABS(A2)

Fill down.

That converts every value to positive.

You can also do it this way: insert a new column, put into each cell a formula that multiplies the original column by -1, copy the results, Paste Formula Results back to the original column, then delete the temporary column.
