How can I get rid of the minus sign without using a formula on the Numbers App for Mac? Every time I use a formula and try to delete the original column, it deletes the positive column.

You can run it by selecting the cells, selecting it from the Menu Bar, and answering the prompt.
As with many scripts that change the contents of a document you would be wise make a backup of your work before trying it.

Select the column containing the formulas. Copy. Then Menu > Edit > Paste Formula Results. Then you can delete the original column.
