How do you delete zero byte .mp4 files?

Mac OS 14.3 doesn't permit the deletions these zero byte .mp4 files. They cannot be dragged to Bin (Trash). There is no Move to Bin (Trash) option when you right click on the file. These files Sharing & Permissions = "You have unknown access" and cannot be changed. These files were inadvertently created when they were being copied from an external hard drive with a bad cable. So how do you delete zero byte .mp4 files? Please help.

What directory do they reside in?

What is the complete path to those folders/files ?

Command i opens the information pane, do you have r/w permission?
