i cant seem to download the macOS 10.13 on my sierra

I can't watch streaming videos on websites such as Netflix/stan/disneyplus etc, notification states i need the newest macos 10.13. I can't seem to find this 10.13 upgrade anywhere, tried through "about this mac" and also tried to search for the update in the app store and i can not find it. Help?!

macOS 10.13 is far from being the newest (although it may be the newest possible on some Macs).

The model year of a MacBook Pro is available at Apple menu > About This Mac.

A mid 2010 through late 2011 MacBook Pro can be upgraded to High Sierra 10.13.6 but no later version.

A mid 2012 through early 2013 MacBook Pro can be upgraded to Catalina 10.15.7 but no later.

A late 2013 and mid 2014 MacBook Pro can be upgraded to the latest version of Big Sur macOS 11 but no later.

An early 2015 through 2016 MacBook Pro can be upgraded to the latest version of Monterey macOS 12 but no later.

A 2017 MacBook Pro can be upgraded to the current version of Ventura macOS 13.

For all of the above, see instructions in: How to download and install macOS - Apple Support

A 2018 or later MacBook Pro can be upgraded to the current version of Sonoma macOS 14. See: How to upgrade to macOS Sonoma - Apple Support

Are you able to tell us about that? Netflix says they need a newer version of Google which says it needs a new verion of an iOS. Does this mean that our computer is now done?

I haven't tried this with Netflix but you may be able to use a version of Firefox which is not their latest version but which does have all security updates. See: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-macos-1012-1013-1014-moving-to-extended-support#firefox:mac:fx115
