Old phone and old Apple ID
A couple of years ago I changed my Apple Id. Now I want to give my old phone to a friend. I can't unlock the phone because It still has the old Apple ID

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
When you say that you cannot unlock the phone, do you mean you cannot open it since you also forgot the passcode. If that is the case, you will need to reset the passcode.
If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
If you are able to reset the Passcode, but still do not have the Apple ID Password, the device will likely show "Locked to Owner". You can remove this lock by providing the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller showing your name and serial number and follow this link.
