Ghost Touch iPhone X.

I own an iPhone X. Before the recent iOS 16.7.5 update, I encountered ghost touch issues on my device, despite having an intact screen. Has anyone else experienced similar problems, or does anyone have suggestions on how to address this? Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!”

iphone xr ghost touch Recently after updating to IOS 16.4 my iphone xr has been having frequent ghost touches. These make the phone almost unusable and seem to get worse the longer i leave my phone on. This first happened for 3 days then it went back to normal however is now doing it again. Apple support ran a check on my phone and said the software is running all good however I doubt it is to do with the hardware as no damage has been done to the phone, and I have seen posts about others who have had this issue after updating their phones software.

iphone 12 severe ghost touch What can I do to fix an extremely irritating ghost touch? My iphone 12 was working fine until about a week ago i have got the latest software, I have wiped the screen, I do not have a screen protector, I have reset my settings and i have turned off the assistive touch.

More and more "ghost touches" will appear more and more often because the screen is starting to fail on your phone.

About $275 at an authorized Apple service shop.
