Apple music not working on xbox

i've been paying for this for a while and its happened to me multiple times im tired of your guys stuff not working i tried logging into my account on xbox and it didn't work it will take me back to the screen after i logged in and still not load any of my i've even tried restarting the app and reseting and redownloading and if it keeps up i will go to Spotify music

Apple music not working on Xbox one I’m trying to listen to music on my Xbox one through Apple Music but it’s not playing any sound I’m getting sound from other apps on my Xbox except for Apple Music I tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it again to see if it works but it’s still doing the same thing. Is there a better solution than uninstalling it, and reinstalling it?
