How to remove letters from iPhone

Hello, my native language is Bulgarian and I use the Bulgarian keyboard on iPhone. However, we have some letters in the keyboard that we never use because we don’t have words with them. Is there anyway, we can remove those letters from the keyboard? The letter is “Э” and “ Ы"? Currently in Bulgarian language, we have no words with any of those letters.
