MagSafe charging not working after iOS 17.3

Since installing iOS 17.3 on both an iPhone 15 Pro Max and an iPhone 12 Pro I’ve been waking up in a morning with my phone being on low charge percentage despite my phone being connected to a MagSafe charger all evening. When on the charger I can see the light turning on and off repeatedly as if the phone is starting and stopping to draw power continuously. I’ve also witnessed this behaviour using 3 different branded MagSafe chargers that all worked perfectly fine before iOS 17.3.

Anyone else experiencing this?
