I can't add funds to my Apple balance

Hello everyone,


I've encountered a certain issue. I wanted to add funds to my Apple balance to pay for Apple Music. I've always added funds using Apple Pay. However, now I can't do that. After selecting the recharge amount, it asks for a password, and after entering the password, a message "Payment Information Required" appears, prompting me to add a credit card, even though I already have one added and use it to pay at various stores with Apple Pay. I've never had a problem adding funds to this balance; I always paid smoothly by using Touch ID. What can I do to be able to add funds to my Apple balance again?
