MacBook M1 max no Internet from iPhone 14 Personal Hotspot connection

I have a short screen video showing my inability (in last couple of weeks) to connect to Internet on my iPhone 14pro hotspot.

Quick notes:

macbook m1 max
sonoma 14.3, just reinstalled fresh two days ago
macbook can connect to my hotspot, but no Internet access, doesn't get an IP address
my wife's macbook and son's windows laptop connect to my hotspot/internet instantly
I am still able to connect and get internet on my home wifi easily
cell phone company says personal hotspot is enabled on my account

I have booted in SAFE mode, same problem. I have reinstalled Sonomo 14.3, same result.

SOLUTION: Here is the solution to this problem, if anyone else is have the same problem. I got on Apple phone support, and after an hour, that had me add a 'new location' to this setting in macos > settings > network .

As soon as I added a new location, then attached a new wifi service and a new ethernet service to that location, my personal hotspot immediately picked up.
