My projected ipad image is being cut off around the edges

I am projecting my iPad Pro to an Epson projector using an HDMI adapter. The first time I did this, I had no problems; the image from the iPad matched the projected image on the larger screen. Since that first successful use, now the image that is projected on the screen does not completely fit/match the iPad screen. The projected image now has the edges of the images "cut off," and I can't see the same edges of the images on the big screen that are visible on the iPad. I have inserted pictures of the projected image "fitting" the whole screen and then "cut" off. I have changed/attempted to adjust the settings on the projector, to no avail. Something tells me its Ipad related, I just can't find setting. I am using an HDMI cable to cut off lag from the Wifi. Thank you to anyone that can help.

Check these options on that iPad:

Settings>Display&Brightness>Zoom = Standard (or default)

and

Settings>Accessibility>Zoom = OFF

When done, restart your iPad.

If the issue persists, I don't think that problem can be related to your iPad.
