I've been having this issue for 4 months now where I am not able to update my Mac OS. I keep getting the error "Failed to Personalize Update".
I've tried most of the remedies there online and the laptop is only 1-year old.
Current Mac OS: Ventura 13.4.1 (c)

Using this Terminal command below
Suggest you copy and paste into Terminal
softwareupdate --list-full-installers
It should list all Full Versions of macOS this computer Qualifies to run
Does Ventura 13.6.4 appear as listed ?
If YES use this specific Terminal command
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 13.6.4
It will manually download the Full Version of Ventura placing a new Application in Applications folder
It will be called " Install Venture Application "
It would be about 12.xx GB in size,
Will require about 50 GB of empty space to allow it to expand and then commence the installation process.
Before you Launch the installer >> Make Time Machine Backup before doing any upDates / upGrades

If an error occurred while updating or installing macOS
The Key Wording is update and not UpGrade
The two are very very different
An upDate is predicated on the exiting version of Ventura installed on this computer is Older than the Version of Ventura being downloaded and installing
An upGrade would be moving from macOS 13 Ventura to macOS 14 Sonoma
I tried to do it your way and the terminal shows "NO" how do I handle it
i have tried your way and i can not update. The result is still the same. Can you help me out? I have tried it in safe mode
