how to contact icloud

I am trying to buy more icloud storage on my iphone. I have tried for weeks now and can't get this done. I have put new payment method in monthly, my contact info is correct and it still won't process the payment. The original information was put in by another with a family plan. I don't want family plan. this is for me alone. I can't seem to delete old information, and the original (my son) who set this up is not available to fix this problem.

i cloud storage and new method I am in a family plan - my husband is the "owner" I need to purchase more icloud storage and when he updated the payment on his end - it is not showing up where the paymet is uodated for me.
