iPhone messages
The messages don’t say delivered. I’m not blocked because I’m able to call. Can they just block me on text messages

In order for the message to say delivered, both people must have iMessage turned on. You will not get delivered from a green text bubble. Also both parties must have an internet connection. It is possible that they could have Cellular Data turned off.
Sometimes glitches will also occur and you will not get the Delivered message and some users have had success by restarting their device or toggling the iMessage switch at Settings > Messages > iMessage.
