If am blocked, will my text to them still say "delivered".
I have ios 18.3 and mac Sequoia. If I text a person, and the text showed as a blue bubble, and said "delivered", is it impossible I was blocked, or is there still the possibility I was blocked?

There’s no foolproof way of knowing that you are blocked by someone else. I believe if you are blocked, it won’t show the “Delivered” status. If you see that, and if the call goes straight to voicemail after one ring, you could assume you’ve been blocked.
However, issues with the other party’s carrier, their device being in Airplane mode, etc. could also produce these symptoms. So just be mindful of that.
