Why are these tags all over my iPhone?
Could anyone tell me how to remove those tag from iPhone? I have no idea why this tags appear on all my iPhone screens.

On your iPhone, open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Voice Control ➡️ Overlay ➡️ Item Numbers: Ensure that this is set to None.
On the other hand, you may choose to set Voice Control to OFF which will also yield the same effect.
