There is all function name like to go back and keyboard character, application names automatically appeared on my screen and when i speak that word, iphone will select that particular thing. I dont want this it is too annoying. But i dont know how to turn off this thing…

This is a feature of Voice Control. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control > Overlay and set it to None.
sberman’s suggestion will certainly solve it, but a less invasive solution is to go to Settings/Accessibility and turn of the features you inadvertently turned on.
Try Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings.
