How to view location history date in iPhone?
In significant locations in settings app how do you change the date
I want to know where my iPhone or car was on specific dates

You cannot do that.
It is more of a privacy issue. A feature like that would turn the phone into a tracking device where:
- A person could hide a phone in a car and see where they went
- A spouse who you allow access to your phone does not necessarily need to know every place you went.
