I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel a subscription for the past two weeks. I continue to get a response that they cannot find my account. I used Apple Pay and not my actual credit card number. I called Apple, and my call was dropped; my question is, can the device account number associated with my Apple Pay be changed? Or how can I block this particular merchant?
