Numbers - key to autofill columns

Is there a short cut in numbers to select a number in a cell and then autofill a selected column of cells below it with sequential numbers. ie: Select a cell with "1" in it and hold down a key to get "1-20" in the next 20 rows.

Put 1 in one cell. Put 2 in the cell below it. Select both cells. Then drag the yellow dot at the bottom edge of the second cell down the column as far as you want. You will then have sequential numbers in the cells.
