Audio out of sync on Apple TV+, but not other services (netflix, prime, disney etc.).

I have the latest 4K apple TV connected to a Samsung “the Frame” and accompanying soundbar. The audio is out of sync only when watching the Apple TV+ shows, not the other services (e.g. netflix). When using the Apple TV+ app on the TV itself, things are fine, but I’d rather use the apple TV interface for everything and not have to switch back and forth.

Apple TV apps & temporary audio output i have an Apple TV 4K which is connected to a projector and Sonos sound system through the temporary audio output. However I am coming across an issue where many of the apps on the Apple TV, such as Kayo, do not send audio through the temporary audio output even when it is correctly connected.
