Apps not working on cellular data

have iPhone 13 with sim card

apps don’t work on cellular data. I can make calls and

apps work on wifi

Go to Settings/Cellular. Make sure it is on. Then check the switches for the apps that aren’t working and make sure they are on also.

Next, go to Settings/General/VPN & Device Management, tap on VPN, then any profiles you see, and remove them.
