apple music has already billed me why does it want to take money again ?

They billed me on the 25th of January 2024 and they wanna bill me again today which is the 28th of of Jan 2024 I have already paid and space as well wants to take another and they even sent me an invoice confirming payment was made. I need help

Charged multiple times in a month I have Apple Music the family one $16.99 I only have one other person on it, and its been charging me multiple times a month almost every week it charges me. Luckily I don’t always have money on my CA Card. Why is it doing that like this month I paid the $16.99 on June 19 then it’s saying I have to pay again today that’s only 10 days. Wouldn’t it wait till the next month on the day I paid it so July 19??

Subscription overcharged , when asked Expert Easy exit without any explanation. i am charged multiple times a month for apple music subscription and deducted From my 2 payment option . My monthly subscription doesn't include family sharing / not hijacked Nothing but when i ask expert about this issue they said They dont know why i am charged there is no billing under my Account and they cant help me . If Apple is unable to find out where i give every information, reference number , Appleid details , shared screen in conversation with expert at the End they said they didnt charged me 3 times and Easy exit without any explanation. Do you have more than 1 Apple ID that each have the same payment method ?

If so each Apple ID has its own subscription, that charges the same payment method. If this doesn't apply to you, you can visit apple.com/bill for assistance with rectifying your issue. Best of luck!
