Why does my AirPods 2nd generation keep disconnecting and connecting?

When I’m listening to music it always disconnects and connects and I put on my settings automatic ear detection off and it still disconnects and connects back again

AirPods keep disconnecting while in my ear ever like 5 seconds. Sometimes it works for like maybe 5-10 minutes then acts up again what should I do or what is the cause AirPods keep disconnecting every 5 seconds or fewer sometimes works for 5 -10 minute max but then acts up again . It happens either with one in my ear or both in my ear it just makes a noise then pauses n starts up my music again . Mad annoying
