Anyone know why this song got a random album cover??

I'm a fan of visual kei and into searching for songs, i saw a forum asking for help to identify a song and they had a website linked, i visited it and it brought me to a downloadable song, i downloaded the song to Apple Music and it didn't have anything else than the mp3 form, i entered the information and such and it didn't have an album cover, it was all blank, i left it for a couple days and suddenly there was an album cover, i don't recall downloading it at all, does anyone know how it happened? I'll link where i downloaded it and send the album cover and info i put in for the song, the song is the unknown divine voltaire song
