Can i recover photos from a phone i dont have anymore?
i had on iPhone 11 i bought on fb Marketplace and they hadn't payed off at the time so after a while of having it i think it got blacklisted or idk. I was wondering if I could recover the pictures from that phone i have my iCloud but maybe i can get my older photos?

You cannot recover the pictures from the iPhone, only those that were synced to iCloud. If you backed up the device with the pictures on it and did not use iCloud Photos, then you can restore another iPhone from that backup to get the pictures.
