Have you already checked the Recently Deleted album? Recently Deleted is saving deleted photos for 30 days for recovery. After 30 days they will be deleted permanently and can no longer be recovered. See: Get help with missing photos - Apple Support
If the photo have already gone from Recently deleted, you have house the backups you made before the photos got deleted. But you need to use a backup that includes the photos. The iCloud backup of your iPhone will not include the photo, if you have been using iCloud Photos. Then you need a backup on a computer.
