Epic issues on a Macbook

I have seen several posts about this issue here. Epic Production is glitchy when accessed from my Macbook Pro through Citrix. I do not have trouble with Citrix launching other apps (i.e., a virtual machine). This problem is exclusive to Epic Production. I am able to log in (after several attempts to load Epic Production) and once I start working, Citrix disconnects (allowing for 2-15 minutes of total work time). I'm sensing a possible clash between Epic Production's needs and my computer (i.e., a setting that needs to be adjusted in compliance with Epic Production).

I have tried several troubleshooting steps as others in this community have. Has anyone found a solution? This is a Mac issue, as my colleagues with PCs do not have this issue with Epic Production remote access, and my colleagues with Macs do.

Thank you.

Unfortunately I have reached out to the IT department for my work (a large hospital system) and they said that it's a Mac issue and they can't help me. I have tried to locate customer support for Citrix or Epic Production but I can't seem to find a way to reach anyone (unless I'm the administrator). Has anyone else run into this issue? I do need to work from home sometimes, and this is a big issue.
