Safari not responding on iPhone 13 pro
On ny iPhone 13 Pro which has latest iOS update and has WiFi and cellular connection. I am unable to open the safari app and it does not let you delete it to try refreshing it. I can also not open any email attachments or any web sites. Would the search engine that is selected have any impact cuz mine is yahoo. I have tried using chrome instead which does open things but I have stuff saved on safari in bookmarks and favorites that I can no longer access and I am not sure if my Apple Pay now works without safari. I do not want to have to resort to factory settings since there is no guarantee that would even work and even if I have a back up of my phone wouldn’t the same issue just persist if I restored my backup after I reset to factory setting since I never resolved the issue. This all started after latest iOS update. Please can someone respond? I’ve already tried Apple support no help
