cannot download from App Store with Stolen Device Protection enabled

I could not download an app from store...tried shutting off phone and then tried signing out my phone but received message that due to settings could not do that. So then I turned off Stolen Device Protection and was then able to download apps. I didn't realize that was part of Stolen Device Protection? And yes, I tried to do all this at my house.

Why did Apple creat theft protection to harm users and to force consumers to pay for unauthorized purchases. Apple has taken action against a consumer exercising consumer rights. More specifically, Apple has intentionally inflicted harm to my computers iPhones and service accounts. More specifically, Apple has used theft protection and security delays claiming my phone was in an unfamiliar location why at the same time Apple Maps, Apple photos and other Apple apps had me in the same exact familiar location. I contacted Apple and put them on notice about being targeted by this so called theft protection feature. This is not a theft protection feature. This is a way to force consumers to pay for unauthorized purchases!

People I don’t know sign into my Apple ID and remotely download apps to my iPhone I’m having major issues with people who I don’t know signing into my Apple ID and remotlty downloading apps to my iPhone 13 as well as tricked me into downloading updates that were actually the Xcode and test flight… how do I get it off my devices please my identity has been stolen and I’m worried for my sons safety even more now. Some developers app was down loaded to my phone and personal information and pictures were taken off my phone [Edited by Moderator]
