Why did Apple creat theft protection to harm users and to force consumers to pay for unauthorized purchases.

Apple has taken action against a consumer exercising consumer rights. More specifically, Apple has intentionally inflicted harm to my computers iPhones and service accounts. More specifically, Apple has used theft protection and security delays claiming my phone was in an unfamiliar location why at the same time Apple Maps, Apple photos and other Apple apps had me in the same exact familiar location. I contacted Apple and put them on notice about being targeted by this so called theft protection feature. This is not a theft protection feature. This is a way to force consumers to pay for unauthorized purchases!
