Compromised Apple ID

Help I’ve been keystroke logged which is hacking every time I type in a password or save password they can hear it and they can figure out what I typed. The hacker has now changed my passwords to all my emails and all of my two-step authentication. They obviously change the questions too because I can’t get my Apple ID back as it was explained to me you cannot change the email for Xbox either so all the movies I bought all the games I bought I cannot transfer them because I cannot login Microsoft says just make another account but I’d lose $30,000 in games and movies which isn’t fair How do I fix this since Apple support won’t and the Canadian OPP won’t help either currently I’ve lost five emails to the point where I had to switch phone numbers and companies

I just want my Xbox email and password restored. How do I go about that?
