sims freeplay lost data after being saved manually

I have been playing sims freeplay for almost 12 years now and whenever

I finish an event/quest or deposit money into the game I will save my progress. Well, that is exactly what I did yesterday and luckily because the game glitched and I had to delete and redownload it. The next morning when I went to log in to my apple id and game center it showed me my progress that was saved 19 hours ago which was 100% accurate. Tell me why when I also logged into Facebook, it jumped back to 27 weeks ago...

Now the money and all my progress is lost. I would really appreciate a solution. After 12 years this is not how I'd like to leave my Sims in Sim City.
