You have to quickly press the up and down volume button one at a time fast and then hold the power button until your screen goes black and shows an apple logo. If you don’t know how to do it just look up how to reboot your iPhone.
The question was not about how to reboot the iPhone. I even stated that I have to reboot to fix the problem in my message . The problem is bad coding that leads to the persistent message. And I don’t know if they have addressed it in the latest code.

Also getting this message even though all my switches are working - and it persists after a restart. Is it possible to make this a prompt you can acknowledge and then it goes away?
